License grant
A direct purchase from this website grants a non-exclusive, personal license to install and run Clipsary on up to three (3) Mac computers owned and operated by you. Purchases through the Mac App Store follow Apple's standard End User License Agreement and include Family Sharing.
Updates & versioning
Your purchase includes all minor and maintenance updates within the 1.x release cycle at no additional charge. Any future major versions may be offered as optional upgrades.
Warranty & liability
Clipsary is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Users are encouraged to maintain standard Time Machine or local backups of their devices.
