Direct purchases (Gumroad)
Direct website purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. To request a refund, reply directly to your Gumroad purchase receipt email or message support@clipsary.app with your order reference number.
App Store purchases
Mac App Store purchases are governed by Apple's payment and refund policies. To request an App Store refund, sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple ID and select 'Request a refund'.
